This position is to handle daily operation to meet customers' needs, provide
quality services and make sure no service failures occur.
Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
- Quick response and provide solutions for problem solving to meet customer
requirements.
- Continue to improve customers' satisfaction and meet customers' service level.
- Cooperate with service providers to solve local customs/trucking problems.
- Well manage the key/VIP accounts.
Operational
- Plan shipments and input into system based on customer requirements.
- Track Accounts Receivables.
- Work with documentation team to make sure shipments well closed.
- Prepare regular reports for customers.
- Meet/exceed individual KPIs, including productivity, on-time response,
accuracy, etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelors in any field
