- Manages assigned customers and budget base; pursues and secures business in line with the business objectives.
- Probes and identifies customer needs and provides solutions.
- Builds a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account
base.
- Communicates significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned
accounts.
- Researches and understands the territory to identify and establish
business contacts with potential customers.
- Research and analyses competitive and industry trends.
- Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and
are of excellent quality.Key Skills and Competencies:
- French Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (spoken and written); ability to handle business communication and documentation.
- Sales knowledge or experience (value add): Foundational understanding and experience of sales.
