To work in a team environment for various functions of the unit as per specified service level agreements and to ensure optimal distribution of workload in order to achieve objective for the unit
Responsible for the co-ordination of work carried out by the processors / authorisers and ensure accurate and seamless execution of assigned workflow
Manage day-to-day activities of the team and ensure compliance to procedures and policy guidelines and manage personal development goals
Assist the Operations Manager in the maintenance of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators through effective team leadership
What will you be doing?
Ensure daily Schedule Adherence
Process transactions in accordance to approved process and procedures, international regulations and within pre-agreed service levels and with speed and accuracy
Adhere to quality control discipline, procedures and checks at all times
Responsible for driving own performance management, collating relevant documentation, preparing for and arranging self-performance reviews
Ensure SLA and Controls Adherence
Answer queries raised by the Client & Stakeholders
Take escalated calls and return the calls when a message is taken
Manage escalations and loop operations managers in all circumstances
Keep the OM regularly updated of any developments relating to the performance of the team, updates received and queries from Clients
What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:
Familiar with Operating Systems (Windows)
MS Office Application Suite (Preferably Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Technical skills (Excel macros, MS SharePoint, SQL, Teradata etc.)
Knowledge/experience of one or more RPA technologies (eg. UI path, Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism)
Graduate from a reputed Institute or University in any discipline (BA, BSc, B.Com, BBM, BHM etc.)
Relevant years of experience
Excellent track record during past work experience
Knowledge of related risk and audits
Skills that will help you in the role:
Ability to complete or advise on completion of high-volume routine/non-routine tasks and prioritise accordingly
Escalation handling ability
Technical systems and procedure training experience
Workflow time management experience
Graduate in any discipline
Experience of Back Office Operations systems and shaping new procedures and exchanging best practice to improve advisors and customer experience
