To be successful as a "Process Expert", you should have experience with:
Basic understanding of the background verification process.
Proficient in contract/offer letter generation.
Skilled in Contract issuance and BGV processes.
HR shared services experience is a plus.
Expert in MS Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Skills:
Experience with the End-to-end onboarding journey is advantageous
Proficient communication skills
Fundamental knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
Ability to learn quickly
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
