Hybrid Working Structured hybrid role: At Barclays, we offer a hybrid working experience that blends the positives of working alongside colleagues at our onsite locations, together with working from home. We have a structured approach where colleagues work at an onsite location on fixed, \'anchor\', days of the week, for a minimum of two days a week or more, as set by the business area (or nearest equivalent if working part-time hours). Please note that as we continue to embed our hybrid working environment, we remain in a test and learn phase, which means that working arrangements may be subject to change on reasonable notice to ensure we meet the needs of our business. Introduction: . To manage the functions of the unit as per specified service level agreements and to ensure optimal distribution of workload to achieve objectives for the unit. . Responsible for the end-to-end completion of all daily tasks relating to hires, transfers and various other payroll critical activities and ensure that the accurate data is shared with the payroll team for a seamless payroll run. What will you be doing . Ensure queries raised by the business are addressed and investigated in accordance with local policy and within agreed service level agreements. When problems arise the role holder will be expected to resolve, within own limits of authority, using their initiative and liaising with the business where appropriate. . Be a point of reference (a go-to) person for the business and the team to refer any queries relating to the role holder\'s area of expertise. . Be responsible for the end-to-end service process and delivery, from receipt of data into the service through to customer reporting and satisfaction. . Ensure that all the controls are operated effectively on a timely manner and ensure daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sign off is achieved for all operational controls and checks and the correct level of governance is applied to all aspects of the service. . Responsible for providing support and guidance to the business relating to issues affecting the teams within the remit of HR operations. . Be responsible for identifying and managing areas of potential conflict and risk and recommend and implement the appropriate action to resolve. . Identify and review opportunities to enhance the team and its service delivery provider recommendations to the Operations Managers for process improvements and efficiencies. . Ensure that controls are documented and evidenced, and Risk Events are raised where appropriate, and issues are closed effectively and within a timely manner. . Provide team management support for the Service Leads in their absence in all aspects of their role, where necessary. . Accountable for ensuring all daily tasks assigned are completed as per the service level agreements. . Ability to work in SAP and to identify anomalies and flag it with relevant stakeholders. . Ability to manage workflow via Salesforce. . Ability to identify process gaps and finding efficient solutions to plug the gap which helps build a robust control environment and lean processes. . Work with team Manager and take joint responsibility of the workflow to ensure process efficiencies are achieved, team performance is optimised, Service Level Agreement are met by ensuring productivity and accuracy measures are in place. What we\'re looking for: . Graduate in any discipline. . Knowledge on HR Operations Process & policies. . Knowledge in HR Systems, tools/applications like GSAP, Siebel and proven ability in shaping new procedures and exchanging best practice to improve advisors and customer experience. . Ability to complete or advise on completion of high volume routine/non-routine tasks and prioritise accordingly. . Rated strong & above on both what & how for the previous year. Skills that will help you in the role: . Experience in Customer Service and/or or Voice-based team/organization. . Experience of working in BPO/KPO. . Ability to complete or advise on completion of high volume routine/non-routine tasks and prioritise accordingly. . Technical systems and procedure training experience. . Workflow time management experience.
