Hybrid Working
We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We\xe2\x80\x99re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date.

Introduction:
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 To work in a team environment for various functions of the unit as per specified service level agreements and to ensure optimal distribution of workload in order to achieve objective for the unit
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 Responsible for the co-ordination of work carried out by the processors / authorisers and ensure accurate and seamless execution of assigned workflow
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 Manage day-to-day activities of the team and ensure compliance to procedures and policy guidelines and manage personal development goals
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 Assist the Operations Manager in the maintenance of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators through effective team leadership
What will you be doing?
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 Ensure daily Schedule Adherence
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 Process transactions in accordance to approved process and procedures, international regulations and within pre-agreed service levels and with speed and accuracy
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 Adhere to quality control discipline, procedures and checks at all times
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 Responsible for driving own performance management, collating relevant documentation, preparing for and arranging self-performance reviews
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 Ensure SLA and Controls Adherence
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 Answer queries raised by the Client & Stakeholders
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 Take escalated calls and return the calls when a message is taken
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 Manage escalations and loop operations managers in all circumstances
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 Keep the OM regularly updated of any developments relating to the performance of the team, updates received and queries from Clients

Skills/Competencies
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 Familiar with Operating Systems (Windows)
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 MS Office Application Suite (Preferably Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 Technical skills (Excel macros, MS sharepoint, SQL, Teradata etc.)
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 Knowledge/experience of one or more RPA technologies (eg. UI path, Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism)
Education
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 Graduate from a reputed Institute or University in any discipline (BA, BSc, B.Com, BBM, BHM etc.)
Experience
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 3-5 years of relevant experience
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 At least 7-8 years of total experience
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 Excellent track record during past work experience
\xc3\xaf\xc2\x82\xc2\xa7 Knowledge of related risk and audits
