Job Description
Provides domain expertise to the functional
teams.
Candidate must be fluent in WRITTEN & ORAL communication
Role is to handle internal stakeholders and candidate required to be resolving queries, email handling, maintain timeliness in deliverables & should be proactive by understanding the business requirements. Accuracy should be important standard in process deliverables.
Candidate must demonstrate strong ANALYTICAL & CUSTOMER SERVICE MINDSET, CENTRICITY and demonstrates EMPATHY while communicating with customers/internal stakeholders
Candidate must have good INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, TEAM PLAYER MINDSET and can COLLABORATE with other internal stakeholders to resolve the customer's query.
Candidate must have STRONG PROFICIENCY in MSOffice applications (Excel, Outlook, Onedrive, Teams) Prior experience in Customer service/Shipping & logistics/documentation/ Transaction processing role will be an added advantage
Is an Individual Contributor role & reports directly into the Team Manager
Location : Chennai
Flex work (50% at Office and 50% WFH every week) and NO permanent WFH
