Job Title: Process Expert - Hire to Retire (P&O Shared Services Professional) We provide our Hire-to-Retire services along the complete lifecycle of an employee from onboarding to pension services. - Responsible for end to end employee data management
- Experience in different products of employee data management
- Sort and prioritize daily requests to process and deliver within the SLA
- Participates and contributes to the successful implementation of all Carve-in and carve-out projects
- Experience in performing employee related tastings in different testing environments
- Knowledge of in Oracle Fusion would be an added advantage
- Experience in internal audits / Quality process
- Knowledge of handling customer escalations and CAPA
