Join our team as a Supply Chain & Customer Relationship Analyst. This entry-level role blends supply chain analytics with customer engagement, supporting data-driven decisions and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers as an individual contributor

You'll make a difference by:

Supply Chain Analytics:

Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data (transportation, inventory, vendor performance). Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs. Support automation initiatives and process optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

Customer Relationship & Success:

Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and feedback. Assist in onboarding new clients and vendors. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality. Gather and update customer and market information (business drivers, value chain, operational issues). Maintain customer information in Salesforce (for forecasts and planning). Share customer knowledge with the Key Account Management (KAM) team.

Business Support:

Assist in preparing proposals and key reporting. Help with sales and demand management activities. Support the identification of new business opportunities and value propositions. Contribute to the preparation of sales and revenue-related reports.

Your success is grounded in:

Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant internship/experience are welcome. Basic knowledge of supply chain concepts (procurement, logistics, inventory). Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus. Understanding SQL or Python for data analysis is desirable. Ability to use Salesforce and other IT/PC applications as required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Problem-solving ability and customer-centric approach. Team player with a proactive attitude.
