Job Summary:
Join our team as a Supply Chain & Customer Relationship Analyst. This entry-level role blends supply chain analytics with customer engagement, supporting data-driven decisions and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with internal teams and customers as an individual contributor
You'll make a difference by:
Supply Chain Analytics:

• Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data (transportation, inventory, vendor performance).
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
• Support automation initiatives and process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

Customer Relationship & Success:

• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and feedback.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and vendors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
• Gather and update customer and market information (business drivers, value chain, operational issues).
• Maintain customer information in Salesforce (for forecasts and planning).
• Share customer knowledge with the Key Account Management (KAM) team.

Business Support:

• Assist in preparing proposals and key reporting.
• Help with sales and demand management activities.
• Support the identification of new business opportunities and value propositions.
• Contribute to the preparation of sales and revenue-related reports.

Your success is grounded in:

• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant internship/experience are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain concepts (procurement, logistics, inventory).
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Understanding SQL or Python for data analysis is desirable.
• Ability to use Salesforce and other IT/PC applications as required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Problem-solving ability and customer-centric approach.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
