Job Description


Team Lead- P2P Qualification : Bachelor/Post Graduate Degree in Commerce (exclusion : BE/BTech/MCA, Arts/Science Graduates) Responsibility : Business/ Customer : u2022 Meet /Exceed all defined SLAu2019s of the process (quality, TAT etc) as agreed with the client u2022 100% Compliance to Process Adherence as defined in the SOP. u2022 Invoice processing. Processing payroll/tax /garnishment updates. u2022 Ensure compliance of all process requirements is not less than 100%. u2022 Ensure Individual Productivity levels are achieved as per the targets set year on year. u2022 Meet internal process metrics as defined. u2022 Adherence to audit compliance. u2022 Complete all mandatory assessment/ certifications as applicable. Updating vendor master, processing simple PO and NonPO invoices, maintaining vendor balances, Updating employee data base, processing payroll, tax and garnishment corrections/updates, handling RFQ/price differences, contract and catalog processing and upload, basic spend analysis & reporting, RFx support on any adhoc requests, Purchase requisitions processing, PO management, master data administration, PO expediting and maintaining the tracking sheets and Helpdesk to ensure SLAs are met as agreed for customer satisfaction. Project / Process : u2022 Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented u2022 Meet process SLAs / metrics u2013 productivity and quality targets within the established timelines. u2022 Raise process related issues / concerns on time with process and team leads. u2022 Respond to data requests and process predefined number of transactions as assigned. u2022 Collate unprocessable/pending list. u2022 Perform data entry of vendor masters. u2022 Perform data entry of employee data base. u2022 Report productivity on count of invoices processed. u2022 Escalate unprocessable/parked/blocked with reasons. u2022 Stay updated with the process knowledge / changes refer to knowledge updates/ repositories to effectively process transactions. u2022 Record data relating to production statistics, enduser related notes, etc as appropriate. u2022 Adhere to shift handover processes. u2022 Adhere to security practices set by organization. u2022 Provide updates and submit reports related to own area of work. People/Team Management : u2022 Complete mandatory training for self as identified u2022 Align individual goals with team objectives (work cohesively with the team). u2022 Participate and contribute to organizational activities. u2022 Record own attendance and time sheet related data. \'u2022 Contribute and participate proactively in knowledge sharing sessions.
