Key Responsibilities: Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyzing existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and developing/implementing solutions for better efficiency. Operational Execution: Executing specific tasks like data processing, customer support (voice/chat), or transaction handling. Data Management: Collecting, validating, and analyzing data, ensuring data integrity and generating reports. Training & Documentation: Creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), training staff on new processes, and maintaining clear documentation. Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on process performance. Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams and clients to align processes with business goals.
