Key Responsibilities
Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, suggest solutions, and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
Operations Management: Complete daily tasks, meet production/quality targets, update trackers, and manage data accurately.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain process records, generate reports, and document changes for compliance.
Training & Communication: Develop training materials, train staff on new SOPs, and communicate updates from management.
Client Interaction (if applicable)*: Handle client queries, complaints, and maintain relationships. Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree (Business, Computer Science, etc.).
Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, strong organization, communication, detail-orientation, adaptability, technical proficiency (Excel, etc.).
Experience: Experience in project management or similar roles is often beneficial.
