Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Demo Fixing Agent to join our sales team. You'll play a key role in connecting with parents, students, and working professionals to schedule product demos for our academic programs. Your efforts will directly contribute to lead conversion and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Contact potential leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, or emails to promote our learning programs. Explain product offerings and benefits to generate interest and schedule demo sessions. Coordinate with the academic counselors or sales team for confirmed demo slots. Maintain and update the CRM with lead details, call notes, and follow-up actions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly demo-fixing and conversion targets. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals. Ensure a high-quality customer experience during the first point of contact.

Skills & Requirements:



Excellent verbal communication skills (in English and regional languages - Tamil/Hindi preferred). Strong convincing and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude. Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or Excel.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any discipline Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or EdTech lead generation is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
