Job Responsibilities:
Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM portal.
Perform analysis on property value using data, market trends, and research.
Follow up on all leads and requests for information whichever is needed. Track property details and compare it with various websites to identify a lead. You follow a proven sales process with proper tone either through SMS/email.
Should be able to handle complex situations, and able to identify and remove possible deal-killers before going for the deal closure.
Categorizing the SMS/email as per the given criteria. Requesting data from various county sources/clients and keeping a track of the same.
Making sure all clients have their data ready before it goes for marketing.
Tracking daily/weekly/monthly tasks, campaign and marketing data for assigned clients.
