You will work in

Google's Technical Solutions Workflow

, assisting advertisers with Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads, and Google Analytics implementations. The team supports advertisers globally via chat, email, video, and calls.

Roles & Responsibilities

Communicate with advertisers and internal teams via phone, email, chat, and video Perform and verify web-based product implementations Guide and train customers on product usage Deliver excellent service while exceeding performance and quality targets Analyze customer problems and provide practical solutions Tag Manager (preferred)
