Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
Provide accurate product/service information
Resolve issues within defined TAT and escalation procedures
Maintain detailed and accurate call records in CRM systems
Follow communication scripts, compliance, and quality standards
