The Process Coordinator is responsible for managing and monitoring day-to-day operational processes to ensure smooth workflow, accuracy, and efficiency across departments. The role involves coordination, documentation, and communication to maintain process quality and achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily process activities between departments.
Maintain accurate process documentation, records, and reports.
Monitor workflow and ensure timely task completion.
Support process improvement and quality initiatives.
Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Identify bottlenecks and assist in process optimization.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
Assist in training and guiding new team members.
Provide administrative support to management as required.
