Customer support executive

Phonepe & Flipkart -Inbound

Qualification: Any graduate

Work Mode: Work from office

Interview Mode: Walk-in Interview

Rotational Shifts : (7 am - 8 pm - Females)

(7 am-12 AM - Males)

6 working days, 1 rotational week off

No. Of requirements: 150

- It's an inbound process

- 60% chat, 40% voice

- Candidate must be excellent in English, fluent in Hindi

- Should be a graduate with 15 years of studies

- It's a risk management premium process

Location: Shivaji nagar, Bangalore
