Enter and maintain accurate data in the ERP system (sales orders, purchase orders, inventory, invoices, etc.).
Verify, update, and reconcile records to ensure data integrity.
Generate standard and ad-hoc reports from ERP for business users.
Support internal teams with ERP-related data requirements.
Customer Support
Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
Provide timely resolution of customer issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
Guide customers on product/service usage, order status, and after-sales support.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM/ERP system.
