About the team: You will be a part of team which is responsible for smooth functioning of Process and making high-level impact on daily basis About the role: The process excellence role is in Merchant Helpdesk segment in the Offline Merchant business of Paytm for Business vertical. This role will be a challenging one which will test your abilities on daily basis, you will make a significant impact with improving the product. Expectations/ Requirements: 1. Creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture. 2. Cohesively work with a lot of people, across functions and teams every day 3. Coordinate with other departments for compatibility of all aspects of each project 4. Develop comprehensive project plans along with key stakeholders. 5. Track Program/Project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short- and long-term goals. 6. Engage with various Business & Technology Teams within Paytm to identify common bottlenecks esp. on Technology front. 7. Enable and encourage use of common services to increase the speed of development and execution. 8. Smart thinking and clear communication 9. Use and continually develop leadership skills. 10. Be a brand ambassador for Paytm - Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, Stay Relevant! 11. Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role. 12. Must have prior experience with Freshdesk CRM 13. Working on Chat BOT will be a preferred. 14. Should be able to logically derive conclusions. 15. Prior experience in coding (Any language) with Knowledge of APIs will be plus. 16. High level of drive, initiative, and self-motivation 17. Ability to take internal and external stakeholders along. 18. Understanding of Technology and User Experience 19. Growth Mindset 20. Willingness to experiment and improve continuously. 21. 2-3 years of prior experience is a must.
