+ Monitor and manage service levels, KPIs, and operational metrics for third-party I2P activities.
+ Conduct/participate in regular reviews with vendors to track performance, identify issues, and drive corrective actions.
Contract & Compliance Management
+ Ensure outsourced I2P activities are compliant with company policies, SOX/internal controls, and audit requirements. Manage system accesses for the third party team members
+ Partner with internal control, audit, and procurement teams to ensure adherence to policy and risk frameworks.
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
+ Drive initiatives committed in the contract for process harmonization, automation, and standardization in partnership with the third-party, GPOs, and Sub GPOs
+ Drive lean initiatives and ensure adoption of best practices
Stakeholder Engagement
+ Act as the key interface between internal stakeholders (GPOs, Sub GPOs, finance, procurement, IT) and external vendors.
+ Proactively communicate service performance, escalations, and improvement plans.
Transition & Transformation Support
+ Support transition of new I2P activities to third-party vendors, ensuring proper documentation, training, and controls are in place.
+ Lead or support change management initiatives impacting third-party-delivered processes.
Risk & Issue Management
+ Maintain a risk/issue log for third-party services and lead resolution of operational issues or escalations.
+ Ensure business continuity plans are in place and tested for outsourced I2P activities.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA) is a plus
7+ years of experience in P2P/I2P operations, with at least 3 years managing third-party service providers or BPO relationships
Experience in shared services or GBS environment preferred
Strong understanding of I2P processes, controls, and automation levers (e.g., OCR, RPA, e-invoicing platforms)
Proven track record of vendor management, governance, and driving operational excellence

Vendor governance and performance management expertise
Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle) and workflow tools
