Monitor and manage service levels, KPIs, and operational metrics for third-party I2P activities.
Conduct/participate in regular reviews with vendors to track performance, identify issues, and drive corrective actions.
Contract & Compliance Management
Ensure outsourced I2P activities are compliant with company policies, SOX/internal controls, and audit requirements. Manage system accesses for the third party team members
Partner with internal control, audit, and procurement teams to ensure adherence to policy and risk frameworks.
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Drive initiatives committed in the contract for process harmonization, automation, and standardization in partnership with the third-party, GPOs, and Sub GPOs
Drive lean initiatives and ensure adoption of best practices
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the key interface between internal stakeholders (GPOs, Sub GPOs, finance, procurement, IT) and external vendors.
Proactively communicate service performance, escalations, and improvement plans.
Transition & Transformation Support
Support transition of new I2P activities to third-party vendors, ensuring proper documentation, training, and controls are in place.
Lead or support change management initiatives impacting third-party-delivered processes.
Risk & Issue Management
Maintain a risk/issue log for third-party services and lead resolution of operational issues or escalations.
Ensure business continuity plans are in place and tested for outsourced I2P activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA) is a plus
7+ years of experience in P2P/I2P operations, with at least 3 years managing third-party service providers or BPO relationships
Experience in shared services or GBS environment preferred
Strong understanding of I2P processes, controls, and automation levers (e.g., OCR, RPA, e-invoicing platforms)
Proven track record of vendor management, governance, and driving operational excellence

Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle) and workflow tools
