Process Excellence - HR Projects - 13+ Years - BengaluruWe are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join the Process Excellence team. • Drive process standardization to optimize business performance and reduce wastage.
• Establish new process workflows with functional SMEs and ensure periodic reporting and governance.
• Deploy effective metrics and KPIs to measure process effectiveness, including operational definitions and reporting frequency.
• Conduct periodic process walkthroughs to identify improvement opportunities, including process

Requirements - * Experience in Automation deployment and Project Management.

• Innovative and transformation mindset to identify opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Proven experience in documenting Business Process Flows and creating/updating Standard Operating Procedures.
• 13+ years of relevant experience in process improvement and project management.
