Job Description

Job Purpose :

To support the Process Excellence team in conducting audits, coordinating with departments, and assisting in documentation and compliance activities. The role ensures timely follow-ups, process improvement support, and adherence to organizational standards.

:

Conduct audits at centres and prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations.
Work with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and follow-up actions.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, reviews, and training sessions.
Assist in preparing and maintaining process documents, SOPs, checklists, and flow charts.
Support compliance checks, process mapping, and improvement initiatives.
Maintain audit and process-related records and documentation.
Travel occasionally for centre audits and departmental coordination.
Initial 6 months training period, followed by full responsibility as a permanent employee.

Minimum Education :

Graduate / Final-year student (any stream - B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, B.Tech, MBA) Candidates pursuing graduation will also be considered

Skills :

Basic knowledge of process mapping, flow charts, and documentation
Familiarity with ISO audit practices (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to organize, follow up, and manage schedules
Detail-oriented and proactive
Willingness to travel occasionally

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
