We are looking for a motivated Process Engineering Intern to support our engineering and operations team in improving processes, enhancing efficiency and supporting ongoing projects. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on exposure to real-time industrial operations and process development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in studying and analyzing existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
Support data collection, documentation and preparation of process reports.
Work with the engineering team on implementing process optimization initiatives.
Help in monitoring daily operations and troubleshooting process issues.
Assist in preparing SOPs, process flow charts, and related technical documents.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
Perform research and benchmarking on industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational guidelines.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of process engineering concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
Knowledge of CAD tools, process simulation tools or Lean concepts.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodsBottom of Form
Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Production Engineering or related field.
Intern Pay:
INR 15K - 20K Per Month
Internship Period:
12 Months
Salary after 12 Months:
3 to 4.5 Lakhs CTC Per Annum (Based on the performance)
