Job Requirements

• Implementation of MES (Manufacturing Execution system) within plant for various products lines; Create SOP's/Visual work instruction, provide necessary Process Inputs, Validate the system
• Creation of process documents like process data sheet (PDS), Assembly instructions sheet (AIS), PFMEA, Packing procedures etc.

Create concept, drawings for Material handling systems, layout/Autocad

• Develop and design components, systems, material handling or products based on project requirements.
• Create 2D and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor).

Conduct feasibility studies and design reviews to ensure functionality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Collaborate with manufacturing and local purchase teams to optimize Cost.
• Perform simulations and stress analysis to validate design integrity.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings and documentation for production.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in prototyping, testing, and iterative design improvements.

Support project timelines and deliverables with effective communication and reporting.
Work Experience

• BE, Preferable Mechanical, Industrial engineering with 2 - 6 industry exposure.
• Engineering drawing study, process planning. process document preparation like PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan.
• Good Understanding on BOM , E BOM and MBOM structure and levels.
• Good in drawing reading skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing and machining process.
• Very good knowledge in Excel, Power Point creation
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills
