Implementation of MES (Manufacturing Execution system) within plant for various products lines; Create SOP's/Visual work instruction, provide necessary Process Inputs, Validate the system
Creation of process documents like process data sheet (PDS), Assembly instructions sheet (AIS), PFMEA, Packing procedures etc.
Create concept, drawings for Material handling systems, layout/Autocad
Develop and design components, systems, material handling or products based on project requirements.
Create 2D and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor).
Conduct feasibility studies and design reviews to ensure functionality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with manufacturing and local purchase teams to optimize Cost.
Perform simulations and stress analysis to validate design integrity.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings and documentation for production.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and company policies.
Participate in prototyping, testing, and iterative design improvements.
Support project timelines and deliverables with effective communication and reporting. Work Experience
BE, Preferable Mechanical, Industrial engineering with 2 - 6 industry exposure.
Engineering drawing study, process planning. process document preparation like PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan.
Good Understanding on BOM , E BOM and MBOM structure and levels.
Good in drawing reading skills
Knowledge of manufacturing and machining process.
Very good knowledge in Excel, Power Point creation
