Develop, optimize, and monitor manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and safety.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in output, cycle time, and wastage reduction.
Support new product/mold trials and ensure successful scale-up for production.
Work with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, and R&D) to solve process-related issues.
Prepare and maintain SOPs, process flow documents, and technical reports.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and other process improvement tools.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
Train operators and production staff on best practices and process guidelines.
