We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Process Engineer to support the development, optimization, and improvement of manufacturing processes. The role involves evaluating existing systems and developing new methods to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high product quality.

:

u Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, yield, and product quality.

u Lead and execute R&D projects involving scale-up from lab to pilot to production.

u Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.

u Develop and implement process control strategies.

u Author technical reports, SOPs, and validation documentation.

u Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.

u Master's or Ph.D. in Process Engineering.

u Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
