We are Hiring for Process Engineer (Manufacturing-Industry)

Qualification & Experience:

B.E. Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 6 Years' Experience. Proven track record and working knowledge in Manufacturing Industry preferably in Automobile Industries Through knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Kanban, Milk Run Concepts Good Knowledge in Work Measurements, Time Study, Method Study Good knowledge of QMS/EMS, PFMEA and VSM Basic knowledge in software like Auto Cad and SAP.

Requirement

Prepare and establish standard operating procedures. Installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment. Time study, motion study and work study to effectively determine the process cycle time. Creating layouts for new process and products including material flow. Problem solving by analyzing the technical issues and providing the correct solutions in time. Eliminating the wastes in production area by following lean manufacturing systems. Liaison between the global headquarter and subsidiaries. KAIZEN - Process improvement projects on quality and productivity. Conducting process validation for critical process to ensure and maintain quality. Design and developing new tools and fixtures. Tool management through tools validation, maintenance and also procurement of new tools and fixtures. Implement and refine manufacturing process by applying continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles. Drive process improvement / cycle time reduction initiatives and drive productivity through process changes. Design and implement 5S, Poka Yoke in manufacturing process. Efficiently manage and coordinate multi-functional teams to manage process improvement projects. Create process flow charts and control plans or protocols. Prepare PPAP for new process and conducting its assessment through FMEA. Provide training to the operators during implementation of new process and techniques. Prepare process routing and incorporate in SAP.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
