Job Description

1. Drive the actions to achieve process automation in PED tasks and lead time reduction in line with organizational targets.

2. Overseeing daily operational activities of varied processes and ensuring they comply with standards and guidelines

3. Monitoring and tracking process performance, providing regular reports and updates to management

4. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency

5. Ensure system adherence for PED function

6. Coach and mentor, team members for individual development and foster teamwork so as to achieve productivity improvement targets

7. Lead digitization drive and achieve MMI targets as per group guidelines.

8. Participation in various Internal/External forums, Conferences and Competitions for Industry 4.0 and Digitization

9. Plan and deploy various initiatives for improving awareness and training on Digitization across all levels of employees in the plant

10. drive TA reduction projects, productivity improvement projects and support manufacturing for FTG for existing and new products.

11. Active participation in new product launch as CFT member for KW.

To initiate jigs/ fixtures for process optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
