processing low-grade graphite ore into high-grade concentrates (60% to 95% FC)

that serve key industries such as steel, foundry, battery, refractory, lubricant, and chemical manufacturing across India.

As we enter the next phase of

technological advancement and production scaling

, we are actively expanding our

engineering and operations team

and are looking for a

highly experienced and hands-on Process Engineer

to drive improvements in

graphite beneficiation

across our operational and upcoming greenfield plants.

for ensuring our plants remain among the most efficient and compliant graphite beneficiation units in India.

Process Design & Improvement

Analyze and optimize the

entire beneficiation process flow

- from crushing, grinding, screening, flotation, dewatering, drying to packing. Identify

bottlenecks and process losses

and implement corrective measures to improve recovery and grade. Drive

continuous improvement (Kaizen)

and lean initiatives for productivity enhancement. Work with R&D teams to pilot and implement new reagents, circuit changes, or process innovations.

Plant Operation Support

Supervise and troubleshoot daily plant operations and monitor KPIs like feed grade, tailing losses, yield, and water usage. Guide shift operators and supervisors on

critical process parameters

. Ensure timely calibration, maintenance, and process audits of beneficiation equipment. Lead

plant trials and performance studies

.

Data & Quality Monitoring

Maintain and analyze detailed process data logs, lab results, and machine performance reports. Collaborate with the

Quality Control Lab

to maintain consistency in product FC% (Fixed Carbon), ash content, and moisture.

Team Coordination & Training

Work closely with Production Head, Quality Engineers, and Maintenance teams. Provide technical training to junior engineers and shift incharges. Play an active role in

technology transfer and SOP documentation

.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

B.Tech / M.Tech in Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or equivalent

Experience Required:

Minimum

4-8 years of hands-on experience

in

graphite beneficiation

or similar mineral processing (coal, iron ore, manganese, etc.). Strong understanding of

flotation processes, reagent mixing, material handling, and water management.

Skills Required:

Strong analytical and process optimization skills. Ability to interpret lab reports and convert them into actionable improvements. Working knowledge of DCS/SCADA, PLC (preferred). Proficiency in MS Excel, mass balance calculations, and technical report writing.
