Roles and Responsibilities

• Defining of production processes across manufacturing units of dough, bakery, chicken and seasoning production.
• Review and create process SOPs along with the internal stakeholders like R&D, engineering, and external stakeholders like equipment suppliers and consultants.
• Interface between product development team, equipment suppliers, design and equipment consultants to commercialize the production across units.
• Review engineering designs of equipment layout, specifications, and technical dossiers, along with the product development requirement to optimize and finalize all the processes and resource planning. The scope will be around but not limited to man/ material movements, process monitoring KPIs, defining SOPs, commissioning handover from the equipment supplier and the product development team, training to operators and handover to plant operations team.
  

The incumbent should be from strong engineering background having major experience in process engineering or process operations handling in F&B industry.
