In this role, you will:
Develop and lead process design for Workflow Automation Tools or improvement initiatives
Utilize process expertise for multiple business groups and provide data
Be responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions
Work on complex problems involving process segments to identify risks,
Support process improvement initiatives, reviews, researches, compiles information, tests, and evaluates process and workflow data
Prepare process requirements
Provide operational and analytical support for Process Engineers
Assist in identifying gaps and efficiency opportunities
Be responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions
Effectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadership
Make recommendations based on analyses
Provide process updates with business partners, to ensure compliance with operative policies and regulations
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, impacts, and opportunities
Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience is BPM, process modelling
Must have experience in workflow automation tools, preferably Alfresco
Metric dashboard visualization, preferably ELK
Experience in leading a Process Improvement project would be an advantage
