Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement in productivity, efficiency, and quality. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. Prepare process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions. Monitor daily plant performance and troubleshoot process-related issues. Support new product development and process validation activities. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth process operations. Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Provide technical support during equipment installation, commissioning, and trials. Maintain documentation and reports related to process parameters, improvements, and audits.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good understanding of process design, control systems, and production equipment. Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies. Proficient in MS Office and process simulation tools (if applicable). Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification & Experience:

Education:

B.E./B.Tech in Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in process engineering or production in a manufacturing setup.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
