Job Title:

Mechanical Technician - Process Engineering Department

Work Experience :

5-7 Years

Responsibilities:

Set up production lines according to approved layouts. Install fixtures, machines, and production equipment (e.g., screwing guns, dispensing machines). Conduct fixture and machine trials, and perform validation. Coordinate with machine manufacturers for outsourced equipment. Ensure fixtures are manufactured as per design concepts from suppliers. Collaborate with process engineers for process validation. Prepare and maintain documentation for line setup, trials, and validations as per company procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and line layouts. Basic knowledge of pneumatic systems and accessories. Understanding of material selection for manufacturing. Familiarity with production equipment and assembly tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
