Job Description

Good understanding of process engineering in composite manufacturing processes. Machining will be added advantage. Knowledge of technical specifications of composite Materials machines & equipment's Knowledge of CATIA and other 3D software is desired. Knowledge on Characterization of composite raw materials Knowledge and experience of various composites manufacturing processes using Prepregs and other processes like VARTM, RIM, etc. Experienced in Process engineering, Composites, Prepregs, materials, Testing's of composites, aerospace and automobile industry. Familiar with QMS standards like AS9100D & IATF16949 requirements Accountable for successful completion of New product development till FAI & FAA and handling over set process to Production Department. Prepare and maintain QMS documentations Departmental deliverables such as products, processes and documents Following the department set procedures and guidelines from management
Prepare the technical documentations and participate in FAI of new parts

Pay: ?273,184.82 - ?1,239,635.86 per year
