Role:

Process Engineer - Quality

Responsible for improving manufacturing processes, enhancing product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and solve process and quality issues through root cause analysis. Run experiments to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. Work with cross-functional teams to improve product quality. Reduce downtime by implementing corrective and preventive actions. Support production teams with technical guidance during issues. Review current processes and suggest improvements. Improve manufacturing efficiency using lean and continuous improvement methods. Analyze capacity and bottlenecks to increase production throughput. Create and update standardized work instructions for operators. Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and resolve problems. Improve quality by adjusting process parameters and monitoring results.

Qualifications:

2 to 4 years

Experience in Electronics manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or process engineering roles in any EMS company. Strong knowledge of problem-solving tools (Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA)

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
