We are seeking a highly motivated

Engineer

to join our

Process Engineering

team on a full-time basis:

Roles & Responsibility:
?

Design jigs and fixtures for both new and existing products. Skilled in developing new product designs based on change requests (CR) and performing reverse engineering and 2D-to-3D model conversions, Packing BOX with Packing Procedure creation. Proficient in PCB design, with strong knowledge of materials, heat treatment processes, surface finishes, and tolerance standards. Well-versed in GD&T principles and symbols, with hands-on expertise in SolidWorks and AutoCAD, Knowledge in ePDM. Provided cross-functional support to the Machine Shop, Quality, and Production teams by clarifying technical drawings and creating stage drawings for new product development. Delivered laser coordinate data to assist production processes and maintained Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Engineering Change Requests (ECR) Reports on a regular basis. Supported QAD-related activities for the Machine Shop and Quality departments, while also managing the upload and release of engineering documents within the ePDM. FM & QP Matrix follow-ups , Cost Calculation support for new product developments , Part No. & BoM Creation in QAD, Maintain 5S within the Team, Near Miss , Kaizen & Cost Effective Jig & Fixture Unification Design. Maintain Check sheets for Released Drawings & Documents, Error free System in ePDM, Update New Innovation in factory, Good Communication & Team Collaboration skills.

Technical Competencies:



CAD Software (Solid works, Auto Cad) 3D Modeling & 2D Drafting GD&T (ASME 14.5) Tolerance Stack up Analysis ePDM DFMEA 7QC Tools ISO 9001:2015 & IATF VDA 6.3 & 6.5 Material Standards.

Good to have Competencies:



Finite Element Analysis (FEA). CAM Knowledge. Topology Optimization (Light Weight Design). Root Cause Analysis(RCA) & 8D problem Solving. Solid Works Simulation.

Essential Competencies:



Manufacturing processes such as Welding, Heat treatment, Surface treatment, Assembly, New Product Implementation Poka yoke Drafting and detailing 2D and 3D models Evaluate design risks and improve product robustness. Troubleshooting Data Analysis Presentation Designing cost-efficient jigs, fixtures, and tooling

Requirements:


Academic/Professional Education:

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering)

Relevant Experience:

3-5 years in Manufacturing / Process Engineering field

Technical Skills/Knowledge:

Proficiency in Jig & Fixtures design, 2D & 3D design drawings, Solid Works, Auto Cad & ePDM.

Additional knowledge preferred:

Basic knowledge on PCBA design, Solid Works Simulation, Stack up Analysis.
