Process Documentation Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Document end-to-end business processes across one or more of the following domains:

Insurance/Finance & Accounting/IT Support/HR & Payroll/Procurement/Analytics

Interact with process owners and stakeholders to gather detailed process information.

Create SOPs, workflows, and process maps using standard documentation tools.

Ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy in all documentation.

Support process improvement initiatives through documentation.

Requirements:



Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, flowcharting tools, documentation platforms).

Very good verbal and written communication skills.

Prior experience in process documentation is essential.

Knowledge of the specific domain (at least one of the above) is required.

Exposure to global processes will be an added advantage.

Willingness to work full-time from the client location in Noida.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday Rotational shift
Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 25/05/2025
