Job Details
We are seeking a self-driven and creative
Process Digitalisation Engineer
who is passionate about developing innovative, real-world solutions that transform manufacturing efficiency. This role focuses on understanding and optimizing process flows, identifying bottlenecks, and enabling data-driven improvements using real-time data from digitized systems. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in mechanical design, process innovation and operations research, with a mindset geared toward building scalable and intelligent solutions.

Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Production Engineering or related field
Relevant Experience
1-2 years in Product development, R&D or process engineering
Experience in electro-mechanical integrations
Skillsets in design and simulation tools such as Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks and ANSYS
Exposure to sensor integration, embedded control loops and IOT solutions is a strong plus
Behavioural Skills
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on, iterative mindset for prototyping and testing
Ability to translate R&D insights into scalable production solutions
Curiosity-driven with a strong interest in digital transformation of manufacturing
Knowledge
Strong understanding of jewellery casting process i.e lost wax casting
Proficiency in using CAD and CAE tools for realising design and validations
Knowledge on communication protocols and IOT solutions
Knowledge of process flow optimization, root cause analysis, and Operation research concepts
