The estimate should be written to restore the Member to their pre-loss condition. Estimate should be written for damages caused by or associated with the cause of loss (peril), using materials of like, kind and quality.Responsibilities:Responsible for managing claims adjusting services based on client contractual service level agreements.Responsible for maintaining the complete claims records and timely invoicing of the files, if required.Prepare sketch basis size or dimension given by the adjusters.Responsible to verify the line items mention in the lost list.Verify the Aerial or 3D measurement tool diagram includes additions, outbuildings, roof areas.Should possess excellent knowledge of handling Water mitigation, Wind/Hails or Roof damage assignments.Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications:Any Graduate with Math as primary subjectRelevant direct Property/Warranty claims handling experienceCollege Diploma or commensurate work experienceEssential skills:Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English & ability to communicate verbally and through emails with different stakeholders.Insurance knowledge and ability to understand and interpret US property construction terminologyAbility to do root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted.Time Management and ability to complete assignments within deadlines.Excellent customer service skills always.
