Payroll Operations
Responsibilities
Payroll Processing:
Execute payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
Validate employee data and ensure proper
inputs
for payroll calculations.
Data Management:
Maintain and update payroll databases, ensuring data integrity.
Conduct regular audits to
identify
and resolve discrepancies.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure adherence to local labor laws and tax regulations in payroll processing.
Prepare and
maintain
payroll records and reports for compliance audits.
Customer Support:
Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve issues
in a timely manner
.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support.
Qualifications
Minimum
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance
, Accounting, or a related field.
Relevant
years of experience in (
one of Australia, New Zealand,
P
hilippines
and India)
payroll or a similar role.
Proficiency
in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer
ence of an understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and statutory payroll requirements.
Certification in payroll management is a plus.
