We are seeking an
Analyst
/Process associate/Process Developer
to support the
All-Boarding
processes (Onboarding, Offboarding, and Employee Records). The successful candidate will
be responsible for
data management, operational support, collaboration across teams, and process improvement to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of employee data and lifecycle processes.
Responsibilities
Employee Record Management
:
Collect and
validate
employee data for onboarding and offboarding to ensure accuracy.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data is compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Regularly audit and verify data integrity to prevent discrepancies and errors in employee records.
Onboarding & Offboarding Process Support
:
Assist
in the seamless execution of the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring
timely
and
accurate
data entry and document processing.
S
upport offboarding procedures, ensuring the
accurate
exit process, including data updates and document management.
Ensure all necessary records and documentation are completed and processed
in a timely manner
.
Reporting & Data Insights
:
Assist
in the creation of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide insights into onboarding/offboarding metrics.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support HR and management decision-making
.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Support
:
Work with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure that data
processes aligned
and
integrate
smoothly across systems.
Assist
in knowledge sharing, documentation, and
maintaining
clear communication across teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Process Improvement:
I
dentify
gaps and inefficiencies in
the onboarding
, offboarding, and employee record management processes.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and collaborate with the team to implement changes that
optimize
workflows and reduce errors
.
Qualifications
Minimum
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Data Science, or
a related
field.
Relevant
years of experience in data management, HR operations, or
a related area
.
Strong
proficiency
in Microsoft Excel, SQL, or other data management tools.
Experience with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of automation tools for process optimization.
Certification in data analysis, HR management, or related areas is beneficial.

large datasets with high accuracy.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to
identify
data discrepancies and process inefficiencies.
