Analyst /Process Developer/Process Associate - Payroll Operations

Responsibilities
----------------------

Payroll Processing:*

Execute payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.

Validate employee data and ensure proper inputs for payroll calculations.

Data Management:*

Maintain and update payroll databases, ensuring data integrity.

Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Compliance and Documentation:*

Ensure adherence to local labor laws and tax regulations in payroll processing.

Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports for compliance audits.

Customer Support:*

Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.


Relevant years of experience in (

one of Australia, New Zealand, Philippines and India)

payroll or a similar role.*

Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference of an understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module

Familiarity with HRIS platforms and statutory payroll requirements.

Certification in payroll management is a plus.

Key Skills and Attributes:

Strong numerical and analytical abilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
