Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer- Accounts Payable & Payroll
Responsibilities:
Invoice Processing - Manage vendor invoice receipt, validation, coding, and posting in compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Payment Management - Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor and employee payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers
Employee T&E Expenses - Review and process employee travel and expense claims, ensuring adherence to company policies and proper documentation
Compliance & Controls - Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and audit requirements across AP activities
Stakeholder Coordination - Collaborate with finance, internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve queries, maintain records, and improve process efficiency
Continuous Improvement & Controls - Strengthen process controls, identify automation opportunities, and drive consistency and efficiency across AP activities
Minimum Qualifications:
Commerce Graduate / Postgraduate
1-3 years of experience in managing AP, Employee T&E and payments
Experience in working with Oracle and AP tools would be added advantage
Preferred Skill Set:
Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures
Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and succinctly articulate issues to senior management
Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
Self-starter, with ability to work under own initiative
Strong time management skills
Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
