Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer - Accounts Payable, Payroll and T&E

Responsibilities:

Payroll Accounting: Accurately process payroll transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Address discrepancies promptly to maintain financial integrity. Expense Report Management: Review and process travel and expense reports submitted by employees, ensuring claims are accurate and adhere to company policies. Invoice Processing: Handle the receipt, verification, and processing of invoices related to travel and expenses, ensuring timely payments to vendors and service providers. Vendor Communication: Maintain effective communication with travel vendors and service providers to resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices and expense reports. Approval Workflow: Ensure all travel and expense reimbursements have necessary approvals before processing, maintaining compliance with internal controls. Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of all payroll transactions, expense reports, invoices, and related documentation for auditing purposes and financial reporting. Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling accounts payable records related to payroll and travel expenses, identifying and addressing discrepancies in a timely manner. Reporting Support: Generate reports on payroll and travel expense trends, providing insights into spending patterns and identifying opportunities for cost savings. Process Improvement: Participate in initiatives to improve the efficiency of payroll accounting and travel expense processes, recommending solutions for streamlining workflows and enhancing accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:

Commerce Graduate / Postgraduate Relevant years of experience in managing AP, Employee T&E, payments & Payroll Experience in working with SAP and AP / Payroll tools like Cytric & SuccessFactors would be added advantage Experience in working with an insurance client will be an added advantage

Preferred Skill Set:

Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures Computer literacy, MS Excel in particular (familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and succinctly articulate issues to senior management Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail Self-starter, with ability to work under own initiative Strong time management skills Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information
