Key Responsibilities

The role involves:

Creating and reviewing

Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)

and

Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)

. Conducting

process calculations

,

material balances

,

equipment sizing

and

hydraulic profiles

. Preparing

Design Basis Reports (DBRs)

, datasheets, specifications, and

Bill of Quantities (BOQs)

. Coordinating with civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation teams for integrated designs. Supporting

vendor evaluations

, technical clarifications, and ensuring adherence to industry standards (IS, ANSI, ASME, CPHEEO). Assisting during

erection, commissioning, troubleshooting

to ensure the design intent is met. Leading

technical presentations, value engineering, and client design reviews

Skills & Qualifications

Typical requirements include:

Educational Background

B.E./B.Tech

in

Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering

(mandatory).

Experience

Usually

~5+ years

of experience in

process design for water and wastewater treatment systems

.

Technical Skills

Proficiency with

AutoCAD

,

MS Excel

, and process modeling tools. Strong understanding of systems like

MGF, ACF, DMF, UF, RO

,

clarifiers

,

ZLD

,

DM plants

and membrane technologies. Capable of creating detailed technical documentation and handling cross-discipline coordination

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
