BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING (BE)



The Candidate must have experience in basic & detailed engineering of Process Plants such as Fertilizers, Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Refinery, Specialty Chemicals, Oil & Gas Projects, Off-Sites and Utility facilities. Candidate must have Process design & engineering experience of at least 4 Project Life Cycles as EPC/EPCM in green field/ brown field and Revamp type of projects. Knowledge of process related aspects of complex refinery, fertilizer, chemical, petrochemical, oil & Gas projects. Candidate should be competent enough to provide cost effective, value addition suggestion adding value to EPC project Exposure to FEED, Detail Engineering, Pre-bid activities of projects Strong technical skills Knowledge of good engineering & global practices followed in Process engineering. Lead the Process Engineering activities and deliverables for the project and ensure timely completion to the required quality standards. Oversight of EPC Process Engineering, Procurement and construction. Execute technical work for FEED/DD within designated Cost Time & Resource (CTR) scopes. Develop concept and feasibility studies for new and modification of existing facilities. Provide operation optimization for the ongoing refinery, fertilizer, chemical, petrochemical, Oil & Gas process plants. Candidate shall be well conversant with, Basic and Detailed engineering activities includes preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, Process Datasheets, System Hydraulics, Network sizing, simulation, heat & material/energy balance etc. Proficient with latest Process Engineering Software such as PRO II, Aspen Tech, Hysis, Flare Net, Hydraulics etc. Knowledge of Local Statutory compliance related to process plants Strong understanding of plant safety and able to implement safety in plant design Good knowledge of industry codes and standards namely; ASTM/ASME/ANSI/API/NFPA/OISD/EIL. Strong Understanding of Inputs and interface with various disciplines Project management, Planning, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical & Piping as required for all pre-bid and post orders covering all types of Projects. Process Engineering Calculation such as equipment sizing, safety valves sizing, instrument sizing etc. Safety studies such as HAZOP, HAZID and SIL etc. Latest National and International codes and standards such as API, OISD, SMPV, IBR etc. Performed hydraulic calculations and calculations for process equipment such as separators, desalters, sour water strippers, knock-out drums, air receivers, storage tanks, etc. Involved in sizing the heat exchangers (HTRI), control valves and relief devices by evaluating different scenarios. * Continuous learning capture for ongoing enquiries, ongoing projects and build knowledge bank in the KM Portal. Conduct Knowledge Sharing sessions to impart learning and share the lessons learned.
