Responsibilities
1. Process Design and Development
Develop and optimize chemical processes for manufacturing.
Design reactors, distillation columns, and other equipment for chemical transformations.
2. Chemical Analysis and Testing:
Conduct research to understand the properties and behaviors of raw materials
Test and evaluate chemical processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
3. Safety and Environmental Compliance:
Ensure processes comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Develop procedures to minimize waste and environmental impact.
4. Optimization and Troubleshooting:
Monitor production processes to identify inefficiencies
Resolve technical issues related to chemical processes and equipment.
5. Collaboration and Documentation:
Work with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D
Prepare technical reports, process flow diagrams, and operating procedures.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
Skills: Strong understanding of chemistry, thermodynamics, and material science
Experience: Previous experience in process design or chemical manufacturing is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
